Not only am I concerned about reliability, I am concerned about two more things: job loss and stranded assets, or really, wasted assets.

I think it is important to--it is a lesson when they, you know, basically showed up in Syria in 2012 or 2013.

It is a lesson, because we see them in Venezuela and we will see them elsewhere. Stop them early.
