Let me assure my friend, Mr. Maffei, that the staff on this side have been very, very diligent in trying to get this written testimony approved.
This rule is not needed. The Supreme Court didn't tell you to make a new rule. It said that you could.
I am worried, however, that NASA is suppressing this report not because it would compromise security but because it would embarrass the agency.
