I urge the committee to include similar language in the fiscal year 2014 NDAA so that individuals who are accused of terrorism are afforded their right to a fair trial and due process.

Currently, Border Patrol agents are inundated with processing unaccompanied minors and not fulfilling their primary mission to safeguard the border against terrorists entering the country under the radar as well as drugs and other things that are entering.
