When the next shoe bomber or underwear bomber arrives at one of our airports or train stations to blow up one of our planes or subway trains or if they try to gain access to the Super Bowl or other major sporting event, even when we don't have the constitutional authority to arrest we must have the confidence to deny them access based on the sound principles of BASS and SPOT.
