Perhaps instead of bypassing Congress to implement a plan by Executive Order that launches a 'war on coal'--as well as a war on jobs--this Administration could work with Congress on an all-of-the-above energy approach that includes coal, energy efficiency, and everything in between.

we are going to have to work with the Mexican government, the governments of the other Central American countries where these kids are coming from to try to help stop this flood
