Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, RENACER is an excellent piece of legislation. I thank my colleagues who, in a bipartisan way, worked together under Representative Sires' tireless leadership, and for his work with Senator Menendez in getting this bill across the finish line. The United States must stand for democracy. We must stand for democracy in Nicaragua. This legislation shows that we will not abdicate our responsibility to do so. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support this legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time.
