“Mr. Speaker, I yield myself as much time as I may consume. Today, I am pleased to rise in support of the conference report for the FAA reauthorization. This is the FAA Reauthorization and Reform Act of 2012. First, I want to take a moment to thank Ranking Member Rahall, Chairman Petri, Ranking Member Costello, as well as Chairman Rockefeller, Ranking Member Hutchison, and the conferees who worked on this conference report and the underlying bill so that we could reach an agreement on this conference report and this bipartisan bill.
