If the climate is not safe by virtue of the COVID in existence, they have to assure--the people that are running the schools, have to give assurance that the places are safe and well-kept.

Just yesterday, Speaker Boehner wrote the President asking him to send troops to the border, to send National Guard troops to the border. To do what? These are children. They need help, not a gun in their face.
