Madam Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 38, line 18, before the period insert the following: ``: Provided further, That of the funds made available under this heading, $9,500,000 shall be for the acquisition, construction, and alteration of up to four post-acute long- term care residential brain injury medical facilities pursuant to section 8103 of title 38, United States Code''.
