In the medical field, ``on call'' means 30 minutes or closer. So this bill absolutely requires that all of these specialty physicians are available either onsite or within 30 minutes or closer to being able to be at the location, any of these CBP locations, and they have to be provided this healthcare within 12 hours of manifesting themselves at these facilities.…”
