Madam Chair, I yield myself 30 seconds just to note that the Government Printing Office has been in business, doing the work, beyond the scope of printing the Federal Register, for more than 100 years. It is also important to note that they specifically contract with the private sector to print a myriad of documents, and they are not the only institution that prints documents.
