Not really. I have just come from the Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, which is having a hearing on the Key Bridge, the bridge in Baltimore that was badly damaged.
To have vacancies that may be not just months, but in some cases years to that have been filled, that justice delayed is justice denied.
I think the greatest way that the Commission can have an impact on that is probably through our rate-making authority.
