This is a move that has strong bipartisan support the Congress and I believe in the country. Americans have rallied support the Ukrainian people and made it clear we will not be part of subsidizing Putin`s war. There will be cost as well here in the United States. And if we do not respond to Putin`s assault on global peace and stability today, the cost of freedom and to the American people will be even greater tomorrow.
