So, to a certain extent, probably the wrong way to describe it, we backed into the recommendation that the Vice Presiden...
The ideal would be a mass departure from the camp.
So a few months after 9/11, and the anthrax attacks really after 9/11, I do not know if Chuck Ludlum is here.
It was a small step for mankind but a large step for Congress.
