the divisions between human health and animal health or human disease and animal disease are artificial.
It would be irresponsible of us to leave the field, drop the report and go back to whatever we are doing.
I hope that some of you on the Committee and the Committee itself will think about taking whatever parts of this report ...
If we make our commitments, we must follow through.
