I hope that some of you on the Committee and the Committee itself will think about taking whatever parts of this report ...
the bottom-line conclusion of this report is that we are better defended than we were in 2001 after the anthrax attacks,...
we are asking the Vice President to direct the National Security Council to review all strategic biodefense documents.
It was a small step for mankind but a large step for Congress.
