The clerk will state the bill by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 5139) to provide for the International Organizations Immunities Act to be extended to the Office of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Civilian Office in Kosovo. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
