I encourage my colleagues to join me in supporting this resolution and showing strong support for the work and the contributions of postdocs across this country. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Polis) that the House suspend the rules and agree to the resolution, H. Res. 1545. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the resolution was agreed to. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
