I support you and your modernization proposed Force Design 2030.
Change is never easy, and deserves robust debate.
This framework ensures that the barracks project is fully funded by the start of phase 1 and delivers the full project by 2032.
I want to especially thank Commandant Admiral Schultz, as he will be retiring from his position in June.
