I created the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District back in 1988 when I was in the state legislature.
I think we should expand FIRO for more reservoirs, including Bureau of Reclamation projects around the country.
I support efforts to enlarge Eastman Lake, which is located in Madera County.
