Capital builds economies, and from a macroeconomic standpoint, we would prefer that Americans not invest in China but invest here.
The most important issue affecting the SEC is the possible shutdown of the government in 15 days.
I will just comment that there is a range of different approaches to different countries.
This is a good resolution. It is bipartisan.
