I mean, it doesn't seem to be a fact--I have heard, in the very highest echelons of our military command in the United States, them deem this or term this cybersecurity and EMP as kissing cousins because they affect the same networks, and because in a sense EMP is like an ultimate cybersecurity threat because if you have no electricity, you have no networks.
