Mr. Speaker, I rise in support of H.R. 6079. The court said Congress can impose new taxes, and the individual mandate is constitutional as a tax. As Dr. Seuss would rhyme: If it walks like a tax, talks like a tax, and quacks like a tax, the Supreme Court will tell us surely it is a tax. And so it did. Maybe we can serve it with green eggs and ham. Uncle Sam, I still don't think Americans will like this ObamaCare sham. Uncle Sam, loyal to patient-centered choice I am. As the ledgers on exploding costs are already showing us and the courts declared that day, a tax burden is what ObamaCare is, and Americans remain dismayed.
