Mr. Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 3892) to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 8771 Auburn Folsom Road in Roseville, California, as the ``Private First Class Victor A. Dew Post Office,'' as amended. The Clerk read the title of the bill. The text of the bill is as follows: H.R. 3892 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. LANCE CORPORAL VICTOR A. DEW POST OFFICE. (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 8771 Auburn Folsom Road in Roseville, California, shall be known and designated as the ``Lance Corporal Victor A. Dew Post Office''. (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Lance Corporal Victor A. Dew Post Office''. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to the rule, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Gosar) and the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Altmire) each will control 20 minutes.
