I do want to note that the appropriations bill included $284 million for port and drug inspection technologies within CBP, and $71 million specifically for opioid detection.
This was bipartisan legislation I introduced that provides resources to DHS to help deter, detect, and mitigate instances of human trafficking around the United States.
Hopefully we are seeing more flow to the different ports of entry, more technology flow to the ports of entry for that non-intrusive inspection.
