Reserving the right to object, I will make the same brief statement I made with Senator Whitehouse. Some of these nominees are subject to discussion between the two leaders, working out time agreements for their consideration--at least some of the court nominees. Now, I don't know about this specific nominee. I would say that I have no secret holds on anyone, so this is not on my own behalf. But in order to preserve the deliberation between the two leaders, on behalf of the minority I would object. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection is heard.
