Mr. President, reserving the right to object, I am not sure I will be speaking for 40 minutes or any particular timeframe here. I want to focus for the moment on the omnibus and a continuing resolution, so my remarks probably would be relevant to that, and therefore I probably should not join in the unanimous consent request at this time.
