I have an amendment at the desk designated as No. 2, Part B. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds provided in this Act under the heading ``Federal Highway Administration--Federal-Aid Highways (Limitation on Obligations)'' shall be available for the Blackstone River Bikeway project in Rhode Island, and the aggregate amount otherwise provided under such heading is hereby reduced by $1,000,000. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1569, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Flake) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
