Madam Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Amendment No. 6 offered by Mr. Flake: Page 65, line 19, strike ``subsection (j)'' and insert ``subsections (i) and (j)''. Page 72, after line 13, insert the following new subsection: (j) Prohibition on Earmarks.--None of the funds appropriated pursuant to this section may be used for a Congressional earmark as defined in clause 9(e) of rule XXI of the Rules of the House of Representatives. Page 78, after line 4, insert the following new paragraph: (3) Prohibition on earmarks.--None of the funds appropriated pursuant to this subsection may be used for a Congressional earmark as defined in clause 9(e) of rule XXI of the Rules of the House of Representatives.
