My colleague, Representative Scanlon, said: Well, under title 5 rules, they could be removed from their post. Well, that is good, but they are still getting paid. And I can tell you what, I bet if I went out on the street right now and I said: Do you think it is fine if a TSO officer sexually assaulted a woman on an elevator under false pretenses, do you think that Federal employee should still be getting paid?
