That is $1 trillion. Is there a need for more help in our society? Absolutely. Does this document actually target it to those who are hurting, to the working poor, and to those who actually haven't gained great wealth with the stock market? Are other dollars in their accounts? I just don't see it in there. And functionally, this is $2.5 trillion of spending.…”
