Dad turns 80 years old tomorrow, and it is a special honor to recognize him for his many outstanding accomplishments. He is a 35-year veteran of the National Guard in Missouri and Arkansas. As an accomplished broadcaster, owning and operating five broadcast stations in Arkansas, his ``old school'' philosophy of community-involvement radio is legendary. He is also a dedicated cattleman. Mr. Speaker, Dad is also a great family man.
