Madam Speaker, I rise today to congratulate Mary Smith for her two decades of service to the people of Conway. Last month, Mayor Bart Castleberry of Conway and the Conway City Council recognized Ms. Smith's 19 years as an alderwoman. Ms. Smith's compassion, insight, and wisdom were greatly appreciated by those around her. She is a beloved member of the Conway community. I wish her all the best in her next endeavors, and I thank Mary for her years of service to the city of Conway. Recognizing the Museum of Discovery
