This Act may be cited as the ``Nutria Eradication and Control Reauthorization Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF NUTRIA ERADICATION AND CONTROL ACT OF 2003. (a) In General.--Section 3(e) of the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 (16 U.S.C. 8102(e)) is amended by striking ``2025'' and inserting ``2030''. (b) Technical Correction.--Section 3(a) of the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 (16 U.S.C. 8102(a)) is amended by striking `` `Secretary'),'' and inserting `` `Secretary')''.
