However, we greatly appreciate Chairman Westerman's commitment, and his passion for voluntary cooperative conservation.
I don't see who benefits from that.
But the relative amount of rise right now compared to 400 feet of rise and fall is hard to fathom.
BOEM's plan assumes a 400 percent increase in transmission capacity over the next 30 years.
