Udall Foundation Act (20 U.S.C. 5609) is amended-- (1) in subsection (a), by striking ``2023'' and inserting ``2028''; (2) in subsection (b), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking ``2023'' and inserting ``2028''; and (3) in subsection (c), by striking ``5-fiscal year period'' and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting ``5-fiscal year period beginning with fiscal year 2024.''.
