Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to bring up H.R. 1217, the bipartisan expanded background checks legislation, in honor of Robert Lee Brown from Alabama, age 26, who was killed in his sleep by a friend of an abusive boyfriend, a victim of gun violence who never received a moment of silence on the floor of the House of Representatives. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unanimous consent request cannot be entertained. The time consumed by the gentlewoman from Alabama will be charged to the gentleman from Massachusetts' time.
