One of the things I have been promoting, if we are serious about, is that those mining companies that have those horrendous human, environmental, and labor abuses, and are doing businesses in other parts of the world, wouldn't it be prudent for the United States to ban them from doing business on our public lands and waters, as a consequence to those practices, as a deterrent to those practices, as an incentive to stop those practices?
