I see the fact that no one was being prosecuted for this as a factor in a fivefold increase in four years in this count ...
The pardons President Clinton made were stunning, shocking, and unacceptable on the merits.
I believe it's something that would be good, be efficient, and a smart realignment of resources.
I believe the concerns over it are overblown.
