(b) Rescission.--The unobligated balance of any amounts made available under section 134 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7434)(as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded. (c) Conforming Amendment.--Section 60103 of Public Law 117- 169 (relating to the greenhouse gas reduction fund) is repealed. SEC. 3. REPEAL OF NATURAL GAS TAX. (a) Repeal.--Section 136 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7436)(relating to methane emissions and waste reduction incentive program for petroleum and natural gas systems) is repealed.…”
