You run the risk of getting the wrong contractor.

We have done our very God-level best to try and make sure these laws have the strength in them to be able to be implemented.

It is inexcusable that we permit any of these anabolic steroids to be on the market.

But the laws are certainly clear that these type of products are illegal.

If we had premarket approval the whole industry would be gone and we would all be bereft of what really are very, very good vitamins and minerals, amino acids, and herbal products.

This would, 'give us new tools to more quickly and effectively classify new steroids as controlled substances.'

I was the prime sponsor of that legislation with former Senator Biden.

I don't think any of us want somebody to be hurt by a medical device, and to not be compensated if it's truly the fault of the company.

One thing that I think needs to be made clear is that everybody here wants to see people who are injured be fairly compensated when they suffer injuries resulting from another person's negligence.
