I hope the President vetoes it and tells Congress to try again.

I will be pushing hard to pass the line-item veto as the President has proposed.

I do not think there is anyone here who would disagree with that.

Both are critical for the future of Sudan.

Now is the time to begin those discussions, because, again, the--removing the possibility of an accidental return to war, I think, can drastically reduce the risk of large-scale conflict.
