So presumably that could help with that particular sector? Is that right?

I think in Minnesota of our Guard and Reserve. They left jobs behind, and then they come back and those jobs are no longer there.

So the answer to this woman, is, while she can't collect unemployment, you do look at including her kinds of numbers in your statistics?
