Guard and Reserve units have served admirably in Iraq and Afghanistan, and after a decade of war, it is important that we continue to make MILCON investments that will preserve the unit cohesiveness and ability to fight future missions.

Our problem is Congress has done way too much with very little thought on how we are going to pay for it.
