It appears that it remains the policy of this administration... that these individuals, if arrested, like the Christmas Day bomber, are presumed to be tried in Federal civilian court.

That is unacceptable because the American taxpayers deserve answers given the ballooning Federal deficit and endless delays in the program.

I do not think that is an acceptable trend in light of the American people's concern over waste, fraud, and abuse in the Federal Government.
