But today is a hearing about discrimination at the CFPB, and I want to focus on the allegations that have been made specifically about the CFPB.

For me, that tells me the problem still exists. They are not embracing what you are sharing.

I am disappointed that you have given the CFPB an opportunity to change its ways, to actually see that a problem exists and that they have a chance to change course.

I want to be clear about our willingness to work with you to make sure that they are accountable for what has happened.

And the only reason anybody would make sure in a total quality management system that a part number didn't change would be to hide the fact that that part changed for some reason, correct?

That is really just a total violation of a total quality management system, correct?

So if there is a problem, there is a defect in the manufacturing process, you can trace back exactly where that happened.
