Will DOJ update its statistics on GPS stalking as soon as possible?

This bill is just common sense.

this goes to the resources, because someone who feels like they are being tracked, saying it must be in this thing, what happens when they go to a police station routinely?

My bill will institute regular reporting on GPS stalking.

Well, I really do not think Carrier IQ should be a model here.

We do not want to interfere with the legitimate parental monitoring apps, but we do want to block stalking apps that are pretending to be something that they are not.

The emergency exception and public safety exception are not limited to parents.

These apps can be found online in minutes. And abusers find them and use them to stalk thousands of women around the country.
