I do have a final question for you because in your testimony you talk about the education and training effort to change the culture around how energy is viewed within the Navy and the military.

I want to commend my colleague, Scott Brown, for pursuing this issue.

I have a real hard time going particularly to the fishermen, many of them who have gone out of business in some instances because of these fines.

If they had a little support they could go ahead and make that work.

Those programs have been very important.

I just want to thank you for your support and for everybody up there did such an outstanding job.

I do want to focus first, though, on the White Mountain National Forest because it is part of the Northern Forest lands.

I happen to support the belief that investing in women is one of our best development strategies if we are going to get the most out of our dollars.

I would like to see more support is with biomass and combined heat and power.

I think it offers a tremendous opportunity for us to highlight the still critical economic and security ties of our transatlantic partnership.

I want to echo my colleagues' thanks for all of your effective and hard-working service for our country around the world.

I was pleased to work with some members of your staff after the oil spill in the Gulf to try and address the Outer Continental Shelf Reform Act of 2011.

As you know, we have a really serious situation in Egypt.

As you might imagine, the finding is unsettling for those of us on the committee who assume that DOD is faithfully and legally carrying out MILCON projects as specifically authorized by Congress.

I think they're very important and agree with your comments about the importance of continuing these investments in these markets.

I think this is an unacceptable risk.

When you throw on top of it, of course, their efforts to acquire a nuclear weapon, no question they are a grave threat to our national security and to that of our allies.

They are clearly supporting our enemies and trying to kill our soldiers.
