Perhaps we need to more narrowly define what people with disabilities are eligible for this.

14(c) applications have to be renewed every 2 years.

How many are there now?

I think this is even more urgent than it has been.

For too long, we have been complacent about the potential for abuse and exploitation of people with disabilities as well as other vulnerable populations in the workplace.
