As I look at these negotiations, those two pieces are missing, and they are very important.

I wrote a letter with others on this committee to ask the President to include in the negotiations the missile program

I do think that it is important to take a strong stand there by providing capability of Ukrainians to defend themselves.

I do think, if I might say to the questions that you asked the others, that I am very concerned about sequestration and the deep cuts that have been taken.

I think that it absolutely is a disgrace, and I can't understand why this administration has not provided these arms so that they can defend themselves against Russian aggression.
